Royce Risser Grew up in Los Angeles but moved to Nashville in 1991 to start his career in the music industry. 

He began as an intern at MCA and hasn't left Music City since.

During his extraordinarily successful tenure at MCA, Risser was instrumental in the break-through success of such artists as Josh Turner, Trisha Yearwood, Gary Allan and Lee Ann Womack, among others, and helped to further the careers of such superstars as George Strait, Vince Gill and Reba McEntire.

Currently, Risser is the Sr. VP of Promotion for UMG, overseeing all the promotion efforts for MCA Nashville, Capitol Nashville, Mercury Nashville, and EMI Nashville.
