ASCAP Creative Manager Ryan Beuschel has been an instrumental part of the Membership staff since joining ASCAP in May of 2010.

He is co-advisor of the ASCAP Guidance from Publishers for Songwriters (GPS) Project with LeAnn Phelan, which has lead to numerous publishing deals for the songwriters under their tutelage. He has also helped to oversee the signings of country music superstars Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood of Lady Antebellum as well as MCA recording artist Kip Moore.

Prior to ASCAP, Beuschel spent time at Universal Music Group, where he held the position of A&R Manager and before that A&R Coordinator.

During his tenure, Beuschel worked with artists including Jamey Johnson, Billy Currington, Easton Corbin, David Nail and Randy Montana.

He began his career in 2005 as an intern for Universal Music Publishing, where he was later named Catalog Coordinator before moving to the UMG label group in 2007. A Michigan native, Beuschel holds a degree in management and finance from Hope College.
