I See You: Barbershop Gives Children Discounts For Reading Aloud During Cut

Today's I See You comes from The Fuller Cut in Michigan. The barbershop started a reading program about a year ago and has helped hundreds of kids.

The project gives discounts to children who read books to their barber while getting their hair cut.

Ryan Griffin brought it to the barbershop after seeing some barbers in Florida, New York and Ohio do it.

The video above shows the program going strong from just a few days ago. Even though the barbershop doesn't have an exact number of kids they've given money back to, they've had a lot of kids coming through. The parents are happy. The kids are excited for their $2 back. And this barbershop is helping to promote literacy in their community.
