A very special 2 year old little boy who suffered bladder cancer has passed away.
Trip Phinney may have only been two, but he loved our Nashville Predators. Thanks to the help of family and friends, he was visited by Mike Fisher and Roman Josi just two days before losing the battle. While watching the games, he'd refer to the players as "friends."

There will be a memorial service for Trip on Saturday at Woodfin Funeral Chapel, located at 1488 Lascassas Pike in Murfreesboro. Services will be held following a viewing from 1-2 p.m. A "Celebration of Life" will take place after services.
