Songs and Stories: Nashville's Songwriting Storm Trooper JT Harding

Meet JT Harding. The suit matches his personality. This is no ORDINARY songwriter.

Songs you'll recognize immediately: "Smile” by Uncle Kracker, “Somewhere With You” by Kenny Chesney, “Alone With You” by Jake Owen, "It's Different for Girls" by Dierks Bentley, “Somewhere in My Car by Keith Urban, “Sangria” by Blake Shelton.

First Song He Wrote: "Lockjaw," about a girl with braces. He was in Middle School.

Who Knew? JT was Goth Glam Rocker Marilyn Manson's personal assistant and he also appeared on VH-1's Rock ’n’ Roll Jeopardy where he walked away with $5000. He used that money to make his first "demo." Wise investment!

JT on hearing his songs on the radio: “When you write a song that someone else puts out and you hear it on the radio, it’s so exciting." Just so happens he was listening to the BIG 98 when he first heard Keith Urban's "Somewhere in my Car."

Spend the night listening to music and stories from JT Harding, Chris DeStefano, Jon Nite and Matt Jenkins at this year's Songs and Stories for St Jude at Wildhorse on April 8th. Nothing like this can happen in any city other than Nashville. Treat yourself and help St Jude put an end to childhood cancer. All children deserve a LIFETIME of stories to tell.

Seats range from $28-$125. Tickets HERE.

Can't make it to the show? You can still support Team BIG 98 for St Jude with a donation here. Amy Paige has set a goal of 50K. Any amount is appreciated! Thank you!
