In the past, Walmart has offered workers continuing education programs for those interested in obtaining their high school diploma or equivalency degree.
Once again, they're investing in the future of their employees, by offering to pay their college tuition with hopes of increasing recruitment and higher quality customer experiences. Those that are interested, must contribute $1 from each pay check for a total of 365 days.
Once that requirement is fulfilled, Walmart will foot the rest of the tuition bill.
