The wife of a Dickson County Police Chief, has arranged an appreciation dinner, for the men and women who have been working so hard in helping a community through some very difficult tragic events.
Crystal Fulcher said she was out of town and felt "helpless," when the news of baby Joe Clyde's disappearance came across her news feed. She knew she wanted to do something for the men and women who searched to find his remains. Not long after, another tragic event struck Dickson, when Sgt Daniel Baker was murdered in the line of duty. This struck too close to home for Crystal, and she decided that something needed to be done, to show love and appreciation for those in uniform - who sacrifice so much to keep people safe.
Thanks to the generosity of this Dickson community, a dinner has been arranged for July 8th. Anyone from 911 operators to the TBI (and in between) are invited. Crystal said, "We plan to feed all emergency personnel until we run out. Through this meal, we're hoping these brave men and women can see how appreciated they are.
The ladies need help getting the word out. You can do this by sharing their facebook post. Here's a link to the facebook event page.
