Christmas Deadline: Adopt A Soldier Letter Campaign

You can help make the holidays a little brighter for a veteran or a deployed service member this year and it’s as easy as writing a note or a card. The America’s Adopt A Soldier organization is asking for our help with their 2018 National Care Letter Campaign and we’ve got just under a week to make a difference.

The group is collecting cards and letters of thanks to send to service members who are deployed and veterans who are in state veterans homes and hospitals. Mary Keeser, founder of America’s Adopt A Soldier, says they got more than 250,000 care letters in 2017 and the goal for this year is 300,000.

 

To participate, mail your card or letter with a message of hope, appreciation, unity and support to:
