Habitat for Humanity: Garth Brooks & Trisha Yearwood to Match State Funds

Just when you thought these two couldn't be MORE generous.

The folks on site for Wednesday's Habitat for Humanity - Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project in Nashville got a big surprise, when Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood announced they'd be matching funds that Tennessee legislators put into the state budget for Habitat for Humanity.

Garth and Trisha have been volunteering with Habitat for Humanity for at least 10 years.

These two never seem to tire of creating and contributing to the greater good.

Garth recently was recognized with the first ever George H.W. Bush Points of Light Award for Caring and Compassion.

They couldn't have chosen a better recipient for the honor.
