"Sleep Divorce" Is The New Trend With Couples

A U.S. National Sleep Foundation poll that found nearly one in four couples sleeps in separate beds or roomsand also it was found there is a rise in the request for double master bedroom homes, and it all points to a trend for separate sleeping quarters.

You may have heard of "Sleep Divorce" before and as it turns out a lot of couples have been doing it. Where you're still in your marriage, but you no longer sleep in the same bed. It's shown to provide more happiness in marriages because you both are receiving better sleep than being distracted.
