Brian Heinrichs, President and CEO of Fourth Capital Bank

Brian Heinrichs serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Fourth Capital Bank.

With over two decades of leadership experience across multiple industries and disciplines, Brian has an extensive financial background in trading, structuring, and mergers and acquisitions. He began his career at Koch Industries, the country’s second largest privately held company based in Wichita, Kansas. He held various roles during his tenure and credits his time at Koch for shaping many aspects of his career path and leadership approach.

From 2000 to 2003, Brian served as Chief Investment Officer of Kansas Farm Bureau. Following that, he served as Vice President at RBC Capital Markets, where he managed a derivative desk specializing in the municipal market. After working in Chicago and New York for several years, Brian stepped into a new role as an Executive Vice President of Bickford Senior Living Group, LLC in Olathe, Kansas.

In 2014, Brian started as Chief Financial Officer of INTRUST Bank, a $5 billion family-owned bank in Kansas. Beyond the finance and accounting functions, he led many areas of the bank including strategy, marketing, technology, operations, risk, compliance and information security. During his time at INTRUST, consolidated assets increased from $4.3 billion to $5.2 billion, earnings more than doubled from $35 million to $80 million and the bank held a 20.5 percent share of the local market at the time of his departure.

Brian graduated from the Wichita State University Barton School of Business with a degree in Finance. Relocating to Tennessee in July 2019, he and his wife, Joy, reside in Nashville with their two children.
