U.S. News & World Report's Best Places to Live in America in 2021

U.S. News & World Report does an annual ranking of the best cities to live in. And for the second year in a row, Boulder, Colorado is #1. It ranks high in quality of life AND cost of living. Here are the top ten . . .

1. Boulder, Colorado.

2. The Raleigh-Durham area in North Carolina.

3. Huntsville, Alabama. It ranked higher in value than any other city in the top ten.

4. Fayetteville, Arkansas.

5. Austin, Texas.

6. Colorado Springs.

7. Naples, Florida.

8. Portland, Maine.

9. Sarasota, Florida.

10. Portland, Oregon. 

They looked at 150 cities, and America's five biggest didn't fare as well: New York is 118th . . . Los Angeles is 126th . . . Chicago is 102nd . . . Houston is 39th . . . and Phoenix is 40th. 

Meanwhile, Nashville came in at #30.
