How To Help After Middle Tennessee Flooding

Middle Tennessee experienced devastating flooding over the weekend in Humphreys, Houston, Dickson, and Hickman counties, with some areas seeing 17 inches of rain.

Wondering how you can help? The following are accepting monetary donations:

Have donations? Items needed: Diapers (all sizes), pull ups, basic hygiene items, cleaning products, non-perishable food items.

  • Dickson: Compassion Church will will be accepting donations from 7:30 am to 8 pm all week. Anyone looking to donate can also text FLOOD to 615-375-8333 and all proceeds will go to victims.
  • Waverly: Community Resource Center - please note they cannot accept used items
  • Events Giving Back:
    Waverly Strong: A Concert for Disaster Relief at City Winery Nashville on Tuesday, September 7th
    • Performances include: Billy Ray Cyrus, Dennis Quaid, Meghan Linsey, James Otto, Sarah Potenza, Anthony Nunziata, and many more.
  • Morgan Wallen & Friends will play an acoustic benefit concert at Marathon Music Works on Wednesday, September 8th
    • Performances include: Morgan Wallen, Dierks Bentley, HARDY, Cole Swindell, Lainey Wilson, Josh Thompson, Ernest, Ben Burgess, Jared Mullins and Lathan Warlick.
  • Loretta Lynn's Hometown Rising benefit concert at the Grand Ole Opry on Monday, September 13th
    • Performances include: Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood, Luke Bryan, Luke Combs and more!
    • Tickets go on-sale Friday 9/3 at 10AM CT
    • The benefit concert will air live on Circle Network at 8/7 CT and stream live on Circle All Access platforms

The American Red Cross has set up a Flood in Middle Tennessee online resource HERE where those affected by the floods can register as "safe".
