Teen Asks God For College Payment Help With Note Tied To Balloon

Mykehia Curry of Macon, Georgia threw a Hail Mary to the skies with a handwritten letter to God praying for help to be able to pay for college. Curry is attending Albany State University and her student loans she took out still won't cover everything she needs to get through the years.

"I wrote a note that said 'God please help me get the rest of my stuff for college,'" Curry told CNN. "Then I said 'Amen, I love you God' and I wrote my name and number." She tied the note to some helium balloons and set the note free to the sky.

The odds of this happening are a million to one, but the balloon flew 15 miles north and was found by a Baptist minister!

Jerome Jones gave Mykehia a call and said he would love to help her out. The church got together some extra things she was still missing from the college experience. This really shows there are good people out there!
