Music can affect your mood in so many ways. It can make you sad, mad, happy, or really any emotion you can think of. A study conducted a few years ago by the University of Missouri proved listening to upbeat music boosted moods. Researchers have gone deeper to find the best fitting happy song for everyone.
Now, neuroscientist Jacob Jolij did a second study on over 120 songs from a 50 year period. Over 2000 Britons picked which songs made them feel the happiest. There was one clear winner below that had over two-thirds vote.
Queen's monster hit 'Don't Stop Me Now' has been universally voted as the best mood-boosting song to listen to. Try it at work or in the morning when you're starting the day to see if you notice a difference.
