NASA Finally Lands Spacecraft On Mars

Tige got a little excited when he found out about this! NASA's InSight spacecraft landed on Mars yesterday, after traveling 300 million miles. The reason why it's there is to drill into the surface of the planet and find out what's below and if Mars ever supported life! We're really hoping that they will let Tige put his Astronaut suit to good use.

Here's the moment it it touched down, when all the NASA engineers still weren't sure if it would crash or not.

InSight sent back it's first picture from the surface of the planet and it's so cool!
