Darius Rucker 'Devastated,' Mourning Loss Of Crew Member: 'Was Our Brother'

Darius Rucker is mourning the loss of his longtime production manager, who was known as a “brother” to him and his team for more than two decades. Jason Parkin died earlier this week, Rucker confirmed as he shared a tribute in his honor.

Rucker shared a photo of Parkin on his social media pages on Wednesday afternoon (October 2). He wrote in his caption on Instagram: “For nearly 25 years, Jason ‘Devil Boy’ Parkin was a staple in our crew. He was more than our production manager, he was our brother. We are devastated by his passing this week. Our prayers are with his family - thank you for loaning him to us all these years. Rest in peace DB, til we meet again. - DR.”
