Carrie Underwood got caught in the rain when she took the stage at a festival over the weekend in Miami, Florida, but the powerhouse singer-songwriter said it was “a blast.”
Underwood shared a few photos from the Country Bay Music Festival on Instagram on Sunday (November 10). The festival took place at Miami Marine Stadium, and also included performances by Zac Brown Band, Dustin Lynch, Chase Rice, Gabby Barrett, Parmalee, Chris Janson, Chayce Beckham and many other artists in the star-studded lineup.
“Miami never disappoints! What a fun night (at the Country Bay Music Festival)! Thanks for showing up and showing out! We had a blast…and we never mind the rain! 🌧️ 🥰,” Underwood wrote in her caption on the social media platform as she shared some of the snapshots by photographer Jeff Johnson.
The Country Bay Music Festival isn’t the first time Underwood has continued a festival performance in rainy weather. In June, she shared a video of her performance of “Before He Cheats” at a music festival in South Carolina, writing at that time: “We won’t let a little rain stop us! We won’t let a massive downpour stop us, either!” See the Grammy-winning country star’s latest post here:
