The song sees the nine-member group opting to ditch their worries about others telling them how to live their lives, about the world āon fire,ā about money and more. Brown teamed up with bandmate John Driskell Hopkins, plus songwriters Chris Gelbuda and Channing Wilson to bring āI Aināt Worried About Itā to life.
