Bunnie Xo announced new details about her “tell-all” memoir on Wednesday (September 17).
Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic is due to arrive on February 10, 2026. Its description reads: “This book is full of bad choices. It’s full of people treating each other badly, either because they’re unhealed in their own journeys or they don’t know any better. But this book is cold, clear evidence of something greater: No one is irredeemable. Alisa DeFord, known to her millions of fans as BunnieXo, started at the bottom and spent the first part of her life falling even deeper. An abused runaway, she found herself selling drugs and overdosing on drugs against the backdrop of an East Las Vegas trailer park, being left for dead more than once by supposed ‘friends.’ But Bunnie soon learned to reclaim her power and used sex work to claw her way all to the top.
“Now, Bunnie is one of today’s most successful podcasters, producer of her family’s reality show, and founder of Dumb Blonde productions. Stripped Down is the story of how Bunnie rose to the top, how she used her own wiles to reach her goals, how she knew redemption was up to her—and that no one could hand it to her—and a message to anyone who needs advice on breaking their own cycles. Hilarious, earnest, thought-provoking, and occasionally downright shocking, STRIPPED DOWN is a rag to riches story for the social media age, and a message of hope to anyone struggling to redeem themselves.”
PEOPLE was first to report on Wednesday morning that Bunnie Xo’s Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic will arrive on February 10, 2026. The Dumb Blonde podcast host, who is married to award-winning superstar Jelly Roll, said in a statement to the outlet that she’s “always considered myself an open book, so when it came time to pour my heart into chapters, it only felt natural to write about what I know best — my journey, my perspective and the grit that’s carried me through. …This book is heartbreak and healing, trauma and triumph, love and betrayal — it’s the ashes I’ve risen from, stitched together with the lessons that shaped me into the woman I am today. My deepest hope is that as you turn these pages, you’ll feel every emotion with me. And although I’ve left that lifestyle behind, I’ve stripped down one last time and bared my soul for the world to see.”
Bunnie Xo teased her upcoming book earlier this year. She posted on Instagram at that time that the book is “a 70,000-word collection of stories from this life of mine. Each chapter reads like a diary entry, with my razor sharp sense of humor, even when I’m recounting circumstances that would make most people cry. One thing I’m always going to do is tell it like it is, and I’m not sugarcoating a damn thing. I’m writing this book in hopes of understanding me just a tiny bit more and connecting all the threads of my life together. This book will be the most revealing account of my life I’ve ever given.”
Jelly Roll is part of the star-studded lineup of the genre-spanning iHeartRadio Music Festival presented to Capital One, which is slated to return later this year to T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The two-day festival will also include performances by Bailey Zimmerman, BigXthaPlug, Bryan Adams, Ed Sheeran, Diplo, Feid, GloRilla, John Fogerty, Justice, LL COOL J, Mariah Carey, Maroon 5, Sammy Hagar, Tate McRae, The Offspring, and Tim McGraw.
