Amy’s debit card got skimmed at a gas station she thinks!
It happened at a gas station she’s never been to before and shortly after going there, she got a call from her bank informing her of a purchase she did not make. She was leaving work and a message in her car popped up and told her she needed to get gas immediately, so she pulled into a gas station that she normally doesn’t go to. She and the bank have the situation under control, and she knows this could happen to anyone, it just seems to happen to her more often. They may haven’t gotten her card info from somewhere else too so they’re working on figuring it out. She has all the security measures in place so it’s frustrating it keeps happening and is considering using only cash now.
