‘Napercise’ Is The Workout Of Your Dreams

Someone in England created a workout that you won't dread or put off. A workout that involves napping!

The new workout created by a gym in England is called "Napercise."  You go to the gym, head into one of the class studios and after that, everyone takes a 45-minute nap. 

A workout with no sweating or pain. Sounds pretty amazing, right?!
