I'm so hyped that Brett Eldredge is finally back with some new music! Of course last week we did the iHeartCountry World Premiere of his new song "Gabrielle" which will be on his new album out in July.
Last night, he performed that song on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert from his home here in Nashville.
