Allow us to introduce you to a Nashville Humane Association (NHA) dog who's available for adoption and looking for his Forever Home...
Please meet Lilith.
Lilith is a 6-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback / Shepherd mix who weighs 65 pounds. Oh... She is totally mixed with sweetness and love, too!
Lilith is a laid back and chill kind of gal with a get up and go attitude when she notices a leash. She also has the same attitude when she sees a blanket. Either going for strolls around the neighborhood or hanging inside with air conditioning - Lilith is ready for whatever you want to do! When she is with her people, she is the happiest! She truly is a dog that will pretty much do well in any type of home he moves to.
Her favorite thing (besides treats, of course) is going for a walk in the park on a nice, warm, sunny day and then sitting on the grass with her people. Taking in the sights under a shaded tree while being whispered in her ear "Who's a good girl" which then she will answer back (with a kiss) "I AM!'
So why is she in a shelter?
Lilith was recently transported to NHA from one of our community partners which was overcrowded and beyond capacity with pets. Being an older, large, mixed breed, Lilith was getting overlooked. Even though she is a fabulous dog, she was not getting an opportunity to show off how fabulous she is! But now she's at NHA. She's made new friends with The Big 98. And she'll be forever thankful to Miranda Lambert for giving her this "MuttNation Monday" opportunity! Paws are totally crossed that after this feature, Lilith will have the Forever Home she dreams of! Please enjoy her pictures and her video with Wayne and Tay.
