ZADA (pronounced "ZAH-DAH") has lived at Nashville Humane Association (NHA) since July and during his time at NHA, our dedicated Staff and Volunteers have been getting to know him to help find this silly, spunky, and spectacular guy THE MOST PAWFECT FOREVER HOME EVER! We all have a bit of a canine crush on him. Not quite sure why he hasn't been adopted yet? Because to know Zada is to love him. He is a quiet and polite boy who craves attention from all the hoomans that take the time to get to know him. Anyone out there reading this and falling in love with his pictures and Facebook Live with The Big 98... Please know that Zada is a total love bug with the sweetest, plus friendliest, personality. We can't wait for you to meet him in person, take him for a walk, rub his belly, ask him (in a Scooby Doo voice, of course) "who's a good boy?!" and play fetch with him!
A little bit more about this outgoing and friendly guy with a zest for life:
Zada is a 1-year-old, Shepherd/Pit/Boxer/Hound Mix (yup. a Heinz 57 type doggo) who weighs 57 pounds. He’s an active guy who is always ready for an outside adventure. Especially Fetch! Oh, my goodness - He knows all about NHA's off leash area and when being walked in our backyard, he WILL direct whoever is walking him to take him to the fenced in area so FETCH can HAPPEN. He is obsessed with the ball. And you can see in his face how much joy the game means to him. He is the definition of "HAPPY DOG" especially when there is a ball around!
Zada is a such a fun fella! He has good inside potty manners, and trust us, he will fill your heart with so much love and laughter. Never a dull moment when hanging out with him. Seriously, look at that face and smile of his! He is such a wonderful boy who is looking for a forever home. He wants all your love. In return, he'll give you all his plus brighten your day. Every single day. Who will be the lucky one to adopt Zada? We could go on and on about this happy tail wagging boy who is so easy to love but may be harder to get adopted like some of the other younger puppers here at the NHA. He deserves a Forever Home like all the pets do. Just look at him. He is pure PAWFECTION! Once you meet Zada, you will see that no other dog will ever #LoveHarder (or run around with excitement harder with a ball in his mouth) when ADOPTED!
NHA is open for adoptions Tuesday through Sunday starting at 10am. Please come visit and ADOPT this wonderful adult dog. THANK YOU!
