One of THE SWEETEST Adult Dogs on Nashville Humane Association's Adoption Floor, please meet JULIETTE! NHA Staff and Volunteers have been getting to know her and basically, she is one of those dogs that you pretty much fall in love with at hello. Also... Anyone out there reading this... Please don't let the fact that she is mixed with "Pit Bull" intimidate you in any way. Juliette is a total mush who adores her stuffed toy animal friends as much as her people friends. Juliette also has an iHeart Radio Celebrity connection too! Are you ready for this fun fact? Here you go... The weekend Juliette moved to NHA was the same weekend our friend and supporter, Wells Adams, got married to Sarah Hyland, and Ms. MuttNation Monday Juliette moved to NHA with her 8-week-old puppies who did not have names. So, as a little wedding present to the happy newlyweds, we named her adorable pittie pups Sarah, Wells, Modern, Family, Bachelor, Bachelorette, and Paradise. Yup. Juliette was a proud momma dog. She knew her pups were special from day one. But once moving to NHA... It was even extra! And after their Facebook post last week, which went viral, all but two of her pups have been adopted.
OK, now that we got that little fact out in the open, here's more about this sweetheart...
Juliette is 4 and 1/2 years old and weighs 54 pounds. She's a big and snuggly dog who loves lap time with her humans. She knows sit, is housebroken, and trust us; she will fill your heart with oh-so-much love! Such a beautiful doggo who is looking for a forever home where she will put a smile on your face 24/7. She wants all your love. In return, she'll give you all of hers.
Like all pets at NHA on NHA's adoption floor, Juliette is spayed. She is up to date on shots and microchipped. Juliette is also Heartworm Positive. It's a disease that's easy to control, but timely to cure. Dogs get this disease from mosquito bites. Prevention is easy to get from your vet. NHA will care for Juliette's Heartworm treatment at no cost to her future adopters. (Our Vet Services Team will go over a treatment schedule at her time of adoption)
We could go on and on about this happy girl who is so easy to love, but harder to get adopted because of her size, color, and breed. She deserves a Forever Home like all the pets do.
