Cole Swindell shared a sneak peek of an unreleased anthem on social media on Tuesday evening (January 21).

Swindell offered a snippet of “Kill A Prayer,” a new song that he simply said is “coming soon.” The Georgia-born country star only captioned the audio clip with a lyric from the soon-to-debut song: “She was more tent revival.. I was more chasing my jukebox idols.”

“Kill A Prayer” will be Swindell’s latest release since “One Day,” which carried in summer 2024. He also recently shared “3 Fat Tall” and “Forever To Me,” a romantic ballad that served as his wedding song when he married Courtney Little Swindell in June 2024. Swindell’s latest full-length studio album is Stereotype and its deluxe edition, Stereotype Broken. The 2022 project included the title track, “Drinkaby,” “Never Say Never” with Lainey Wilson, “I’m Gonna Let Her,” “Single Saturday Night,” “Some Habits,” “Down to the Bar” with HARDY, and his Jo Dee Messina-inspired single, “She Had Me At Heads Carolina.” Swindell later teamed up with Messina on a remixed version of the award-winning anthem.

Swindell recently joined the star-studded lineup of the 2025 iHeartCountry Festival, which is slated to take place on Saturday, May 3.
